Our Finance & Insurance Policies
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We offer a convenient online payment option. You will need the statement code 7YG3Z4 to identify our office. You can use a debit or credit card and receive those payments immediately.
We know that putting off dental work until you can afford it actually makes it more expensive in the long run. We offer financing through Care Credit and Lending Club so you don’t have to wait to have dental work done. If you have any questions about either of these programs, please let us know.
We are able to bill most insurance companies, but we are not in network with any of them. We made this decision because we want the patient and the dentist to be able to make any and all decisions regarding treatment, instead of the insurance companies dictating treatment plans. For example, if you need a filling in a tooth that also needs a crown, most insurances will not pay for both even though they are necessary to ensure stability of the tooth. Not being in network with them allows us to give you the best possible treatment.
Co-payments are due at the time of service. We base your co-payment on what we estimate insurance will pay. If for any reason they do not pay in full, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
We are able to send a pre-treatment to insurance companies before any major treatment is started, so we know ahead of time what insurance is going to pay on a certain procedure. Many times, patients use the insurance pre-estimate as a factor in their decision regarding what treatment with which to proceed. We understand that finances are a often crucial part of making these decisions, so we want to make sure you have as much information as possible before you decide. While we are not in network with the insurance companies, we do everything we can to make sure you get the most out of your insurance.
We do not accept West Virginia or Ohio Medical Card or Medicaid.
If you have any questions regarding our insurance or finance policies, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to address your concerns.
